Former Students 

An official transcript may be obtained from the Registrar’s office. The request must be made in writing either by fax, letter, email, or by completing a Request for Transcript form available through the Registrar’s office. The request should include the name used when attending school, date of birth, year of graduation or attendance, mailing instructions, contact phone number, copy of photo ID, and signature of the former student if the individual is a graduate or 18 years of age or older. There is a $3.00 fee per transcript, and the turn-around time is usually two to four business days from receipt of request.

Current Students  

Official transcripts for seniors should be requested in Naviance through the student Family Connection account. Official transcripts for all other grade levels may be obtained from the Registrar’s office by using the Request for Transcript form. The first ten transcripts in a given school year are free, transcripts for ACC Early College Start are free, and transcripts for college scholarships are free. Additional transcripts are $3.00 each. Please allow two to four school days for processing.
