The MACares program is a division of the PTSA that works with the Mac Vertical Team to provide emergency assistance to all 8300 families in the 13 Mac-affiliated schools. We are in need of specific items, for anyone willing and able to contribute. Snacks will be distributed to Mac counselors and the Twilight team, and Blackshear Elementary.
In addition, Blackshear is starting a clothes closet and requests the following items: New underwear (boys & girls) sizes 3T up to 18/20 and men's small/medium. Boys pants size 12/14 up to men's small/medium. Boy/girl: Jackets, sweaters, long sleeve shirts sizes 2T to adult medium New socks- size 2T to adult medium New hygiene items- with consideration to ethnically/culturally diverse products Storage bins/drawers to help organize Please deliver items to either the McCallum campus or Blackshear, with a note attached, Attn: Karen McGarity, LMHP.
