The TSI Assessment is designed to help institutions of higher education determine if students are ready for entry level courses in English and Math. All students are encouraged to complete and meet the TSI benchmarks before they graduate. The test is typically administered to all 9th and 11th graders during their spring semesters. Seniors will have the opportunity to re-test throughout their senior year. For more information, please visit TEA's site.
After May 16, 2026, any student that needs to take a TSI assessment will need to take this during the summer at Northeast High School or at ACCs Highland Testing Center on a Saturday or after 1PM. It is crucial that students who take the TSI at an ACC Testing Center share their score report with Dr. Denyszyn.
