How do I update my home address on file?

Please complete Student Address Change Form and return to the Registrar’s Office along with one of the following documents listed below. All completed documents must be submitted to the in order to initiate an address change. Addresses cannot be changed via the AISD Parent Portal.

  • Valid ID/Passport

And one of the following:

  • Current Lease Agreement, or
  • Recent (within 45 days) Utility Bill, or
  • Recent (within 45 days) Mortgage Statement, or
  • Recent Property Tax Receipt

How do I update a phone number or email on my student's emergency contact card?

If your phone number or email has changed, you can update your information in the AISD Parent Portal or submit the changes to the Office of the Registrar. No additional documentation is needed for phone number or email updates.

Student name changes?

Please complete Student Preferred Name Change Form. Form must be completed and signed by both student and parent before any changes can be made.
