Diplomas
Copies are not maintained as part of the student's permanent record. Copies may be obtained through an outside vendor. Our office will provide you with a letter certifying that you graduated from McCallum HS. You will send this letter to the vendor, fees may apply. The vendor will create a copy of your diploma and send it directly to the requestor. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the vendor to complete your request. Follow the steps below to receive a replacement diploma.
- Download the Diploma Request Form.
- Mail, email, fax or hand deliver the completed request form to our office, along with a copy of your photo ID. We cannot accept phone requests.
- As indicated on the request form, we will mail the certified letter to you or you can pick it up. Allow 2 days for processing from the date of submission, not when requested.
- Student then submits a certified letter to the vendor. The vendor address is listed on the certified letter.
