Diploma Copy / Replacement

Diplomas

Copies are not maintained as part of the student's permanent record. Copies may be obtained through an outside vendor. Our office will provide you with a letter certifying that you graduated from McCallum HS. You will send this letter to the vendor, fees may apply. The vendor will create a copy of your diploma and send it directly to the requestor. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the vendor to complete your request. Follow the steps below to receive a replacement diploma.

  1. Download the Diploma Request Form.
  2. Mail, email, fax or hand deliver the completed request form to our office, along with a copy of your photo ID. We cannot accept phone requests.
  3. As indicated on the request form, we will mail the certified letter to you or you can pick it up. Allow 2 days for processing from the date of submission, not when requested.
  4. Student then submits a certified letter to the vendor. The vendor address is listed on the certified letter.
