Please use the form below to request a Verification of Enrollment Form for learner’s permits, driver’s licenses, and/or Texas Identification Card. A request must be completed for each individual student.
McCallum’s policy for approving students for VOE’s is that they must have at least 90% attendance and be passing all their classes. If students do not meet this standard, they will be referred to their assistant principal for next steps.
VOE’s are done in the order that they are submitted. While we understand that the DMV often does not accommodate families, we feel that it is unfair to all students to disrespect the order in which requests have been submitted.
Please note that VOE processing times will be 3-5 days.
