Seniors Verification Forms

Senior Verification Forms have been given to all Seniors. If your child did not receive one, please have them come by the attendance office. 
 
Early Graduates: If you did not receive a Senior Verification Form, please get with your counselor to begin the Early Graduation Process. We must have all completed documents submitted to the Registrar's office as soon as possible.
